Senior Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (Salt Lake City, UT)

Summit Iron Pharma Partners is a pharmaceutical company in Salt Lake City producing generic and specialty treatments, and we need a Senior Purchasing Coordinator to lead our price comparison. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Keep stock linked to batch records at sensible levels. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support batch records. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Salt Lake City, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
