We are growing our team at Cedar River Early Learning and adding a Senior Purchasing Coordinator whose main responsibility will be price comparison. We celebrate small wins and steady routines. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to tuition and subsidies at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support tuition and subsidies. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Sacramento. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
