Foxglove Umber Health is looking for a Senior Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on price comparison for referrals, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We are busy and kind, and we look after each other. What you will do • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to referrals at sensible levels. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support referrals. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Rochester. • We reply to every applicant.
