Senior Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (Rochester, NY)

Redstone Glen Hospitality runs guest-focused properties across the Rochester area, and we need a Senior Purchasing Coordinator to lead our price comparison. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Rochester. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to guest bookings at sensible levels. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support guest bookings. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Rochester, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
