Senior Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (Rochester, NY)

Foxglove River Pharma is looking for a Senior Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on price comparison for clinical studies, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to clinical studies at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support clinical studies. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Rochester, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
