Senior Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (Rochester, NY)

We are growing our team at Amberfield Keystone Foods and adding a Senior Purchasing Coordinator whose main responsibility will be price comparison. We like people who take pride in what they make. What you will do • Keep stock linked to cold storage at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support cold storage. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Rochester. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
