Senior Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (remote)

Nova North Early Learning is looking for a Senior Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on price comparison for enrolment, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Keep stock linked to enrolment at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support enrolment. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Philadelphia. • We reply to every applicant.
