Senior Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (remote)

Greenridge Iron Markets Group serves neighbourhoods around Orlando with fresh food and everyday goods. We are hiring a Senior Purchasing Coordinator to take on price comparison. You would join a small organisation of about 35 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Keep stock linked to pricing at sensible levels. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support pricing. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Orlando. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
