Senior Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (remote)

Silverline Junction Press produces print and digital publications in Honolulu. We are hiring a Senior Purchasing Coordinator to take on price comparison. You would join a small organisation of about 58 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to proofing at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support proofing. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Honolulu. • We reply to every applicant.
