Senior Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (remote)

Ironwood Sable Press produces print and digital publications in Atlanta, and we need a Senior Purchasing Coordinator to lead our price comparison. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Keep stock linked to proofing at sensible levels. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support proofing. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Atlanta. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
