Senior Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (remote)

Silverline Summit Auto Group serves drivers and dealerships across the Kansas City region, and we need a Senior Purchasing Coordinator to lead our price comparison. Service hours are steady. What you will do • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to customer estimates at sensible levels. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support customer estimates. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Kansas City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
