Senior Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (remote)

Westbrook Cobalt Auto Group operates automotive service and parts businesses around Colorado Springs, and we need a Senior Purchasing Coordinator to lead our price comparison. You would join a large organisation of about 290 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep stock linked to vehicle inspections at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support vehicle inspections. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Colorado Springs. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
