Senior Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (remote)

We are growing our team at Silverline Sparrow Farms and adding a Senior Purchasing Coordinator whose main responsibility will be price comparison. Seasons are busy and the rest of the year is for planning. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to field records at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support field records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Philadelphia. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
