Senior Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (remote)

Clearpath Lakeside Freight coordinates shipments and warehousing around Jackson, and we need a Senior Purchasing Coordinator to lead our price comparison. You would join a small organisation of about 100 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to proof of delivery at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support proof of delivery. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Jackson. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
