Senior Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (remote)

Foxglove Ivory Health Group runs clinics and patient services around Tucson, and we need a Senior Purchasing Coordinator to lead our price comparison. Continuing education is supported. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to referrals at sensible levels. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support referrals. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Tucson. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
