Senior Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (remote)

Westbrook Union Hospitality operates hotels and event venues around Seattle, and we need a Senior Purchasing Coordinator to lead our price comparison. You would join a large organisation of about 984 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to reviews and feedback at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support reviews and feedback. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Seattle. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
