Senior Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (remote)

Summit Bright Housing Group is a nonprofit housing provider in Tucson. We are hiring a Senior Purchasing Coordinator to take on price comparison. Housing is our mission and residents are our neighbours. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Keep stock linked to waiting lists at sensible levels. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support waiting lists. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Tucson. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
