Senior Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (remote)

Bright Harbor Farms is an agricultural business based around Rochester. We are hiring a Senior Purchasing Coordinator to take on price comparison. You would join a large organisation of about 290 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Keep stock linked to packing house output at sensible levels. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support packing house output. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Rochester. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
