Senior Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (remote)

Greenridge River Auto Group serves drivers and dealerships across the Tulsa region, and we need a Senior Purchasing Coordinator to lead our price comparison. You would join a small organisation of about 37 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to service appointments at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support service appointments. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Tulsa. • We reply to every applicant.
