Senior Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (remote)

We are growing our team at Bluepeak Bright Auto Group and adding a Senior Purchasing Coordinator whose main responsibility will be price comparison. You would join a small organisation of about 83 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Keep stock linked to vehicle inspections at sensible levels. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support vehicle inspections. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Grand Rapids. • We reply to every applicant.
