Senior Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (remote)

We are growing our team at Harborlight Nest Markets and adding a Senior Purchasing Coordinator whose main responsibility will be price comparison. You would join a small organisation of about 36 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to pricing at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support pricing. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Charlotte. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
