Senior Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (remote)

Fernwood Meridian Health Group provides primary and specialty care in Austin, and we need a Senior Purchasing Coordinator to lead our price comparison. You would join a small organisation of about 197 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to clinic supplies at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support clinic supplies. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Austin. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
