Senior Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (remote)

Harborlight Granite Press prints books, catalogues and packaging from its Austin plant, and we need a Senior Purchasing Coordinator to lead our price comparison. Deadlines are tight and craftsmanship matters. What you will do • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to print quotes at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support print quotes. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Austin. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
