Senior Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (remote)

Bluepeak Timber Property Management is a Seattle property manager with leasing, maintenance and resident services, and we need a Senior Purchasing Coordinator to lead our price comparison. You would join a small organisation of about 83 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep stock linked to unit turnovers at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support unit turnovers. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Seattle. • We reply to every applicant.
