Senior Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (remote)

We are growing our team at Redstone Union Foods and adding a Senior Purchasing Coordinator whose main responsibility will be price comparison. Food safety is non-negotiable and we train for it. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to cold storage at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support cold storage. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Tucson. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
