Senior Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (remote)

Nova Ember Housing manages affordable housing communities across Fresno, and we need a Senior Purchasing Coordinator to lead our price comparison. You would join a small organisation of about 80 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep stock linked to resident services at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support resident services. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Fresno. • We reply to every applicant.
