Senior Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (remote)

We are growing our team at Ironwood Wilder Manufacturing and adding a Senior Purchasing Coordinator whose main responsibility will be price comparison. Shifts are steady and overtime is planned. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to work orders at sensible levels. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support work orders. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Dallas. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
