Senior Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (remote)

Fernwood Fox Auto Group is a Seattle company supplying vehicle parts and service, and we need a Senior Purchasing Coordinator to lead our price comparison. You would join a small organisation of about 150 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Keep stock linked to service appointments at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support service appointments.
