Senior Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (remote)

Fernwood Orchard Facilities looks after properties across the Tampa region, and we need a Senior Purchasing Coordinator to lead our price comparison. Clear communication between supervisors and crews matters. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to customer sites at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support customer sites. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Tampa. • We reply to every applicant.
