Senior Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (remote)

Ironwood Pike Property Management Group manages apartment communities around Columbus. We are hiring a Senior Purchasing Coordinator to take on price comparison. You would join a large organisation of about 249 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to resident events at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support resident events. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Columbus. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
