Northwind Kestrel Housing provides affordable homes and support services around Seattle. We are hiring a Senior Purchasing Coordinator to take on price comparison. We value patience and follow-through. What you will do • Keep stock linked to rent assistance at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support rent assistance. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Seattle. • We reply to every applicant.
