Senior Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (remote)

Harborlight Hollow Farms Group is an agricultural business based around Cleveland. We are hiring a Senior Purchasing Coordinator to take on price comparison. You would join a large organisation of about 933 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to grower contracts at sensible levels. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support grower contracts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Cleveland. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
