Senior Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (remote)

Silverline Haven Construction Group builds commercial and industrial projects around Rochester. We are hiring a Senior Purchasing Coordinator to take on price comparison. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to project schedules at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support project schedules. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Rochester. • We reply to every applicant.
