Senior Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (remote)

Greenridge Union Foods makes sauces, snacks and prepared meals in Orlando, and we need a Senior Purchasing Coordinator to lead our price comparison. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Keep stock linked to production batches at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support production batches. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Orlando. • We reply to every applicant.
