Senior Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (remote)

Bright Union Health Group is a healthcare provider in Oklahoma City with clinics and support teams, and we need a Senior Purchasing Coordinator to lead our price comparison. You would join a large organisation of about 384 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep stock linked to referrals at sensible levels. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support referrals. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Oklahoma City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
