Senior Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (remote)

Northwind Orchard Freight coordinates shipments and warehousing around Nashville. We are hiring a Senior Purchasing Coordinator to take on price comparison. You would join a small organisation of about 37 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to proof of delivery at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support proof of delivery. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Nashville. • We reply to every applicant.
