Senior Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (remote)

We are growing our team at Bright Maple Early Learning and adding a Senior Purchasing Coordinator whose main responsibility will be price comparison. Low staff turnover is a goal we take seriously. What you will do • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to family communication at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support family communication. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Jacksonville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
