Senior Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (remote)

We are growing our team at Fernwood Lantern Manufacturing and adding a Senior Purchasing Coordinator whose main responsibility will be price comparison. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to work orders at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support work orders. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Columbus. • We reply to every applicant.
