Senior Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (remote)

We are growing our team at Nova Quill Farms and adding a Senior Purchasing Coordinator whose main responsibility will be price comparison. You would join a small organisation of about 80 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to packing house output at sensible levels. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support packing house output. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Memphis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
