Senior Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (remote)

Harborlight Vale Housing is looking for a Senior Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on price comparison for maintenance stores, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep stock linked to maintenance stores at sensible levels. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support maintenance stores. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Philadelphia. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
