Senior Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (remote)

Highbridge Rook Markets Group operates grocery and general-merchandise stores around Cincinnati, and we need a Senior Purchasing Coordinator to lead our price comparison. You would join a small organisation of about 185 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to pricing at sensible levels. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support pricing. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Cincinnati. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
