Highbridge Rook Markets Partners is looking for a Senior Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on price comparison for online orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Managers started on the floor. What you will do • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to online orders at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support online orders. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Jackson. • We reply to every applicant.
