Senior Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (remote)

Highbridge Willow Pharma develops and makes medicines in Seattle, and we need a Senior Purchasing Coordinator to lead our price comparison. You would join a large organisation of about 278 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to batch records at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support batch records. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Seattle. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
