Senior Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (remote)

Rivermark Linden Health Group is looking for a Senior Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on price comparison for electronic records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We are busy and kind, and we look after each other. What you will do • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Keep stock linked to electronic records at sensible levels. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support electronic records. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Seattle. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
