Lumen Lakeside Farms is looking for a Senior Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on price comparison for harvest schedules, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. What you will do • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to harvest schedules at sensible levels. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support harvest schedules. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Memphis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
