Senior Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (remote)

We are growing our team at Silverline Ivory Freight and adding a Senior Purchasing Coordinator whose main responsibility will be price comparison. You would join a small organisation of about 43 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep stock linked to customer tracking at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support customer tracking. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Miami. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
