Senior Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (remote)

Highbridge Stone Freight coordinates shipments and warehousing around Seattle. We are hiring a Senior Purchasing Coordinator to take on price comparison. We reward reliability. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to dock schedules at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support dock schedules. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Seattle. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
