Senior Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (remote)

We are growing our team at Fernwood River Manufacturing and adding a Senior Purchasing Coordinator whose main responsibility will be price comparison. Shifts are steady and overtime is planned. What you will do • Keep stock linked to machine downtime at sensible levels. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support machine downtime. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Denver. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
