Senior Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (remote)

Nova Ridge Property Management Group manages apartment communities around Kansas City, and we need a Senior Purchasing Coordinator to lead our price comparison. You would join a small organisation of about 41 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Keep stock linked to maintenance requests at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support maintenance requests. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Kansas City. • We reply to every applicant.
