Senior Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (remote)

Greenridge Glen Facilities is a facilities company in Oklahoma City with crews on day and night shifts. We are hiring a Senior Purchasing Coordinator to take on price comparison. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to cleaning schedules at sensible levels. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support cleaning schedules. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Oklahoma City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
